Objective

To support the academic, personal, emotional, and career development of students by providing guidance and counseling services, thereby promoting student well-being, academic success, and overall personality development.

Functions

  1. Provide Academic Guidance
    • Assist students in improving academic performance and overcoming learning difficulties.
  2. Offer Personal and Emotional Counseling
    • Help students address personal, emotional, social, and behavioral issues.
  3. Support First-Year Students
    • Facilitate smooth adjustment of newly admitted students to the college environment.
  4. Promote Mental Health and Well-being
    • Conduct awareness programs on stress management, mental health, and healthy lifestyles.
  5. Provide Career Guidance
    • Guide students regarding higher education, employment opportunities, and career planning.
  6. Organize Counseling and Life-Skills Programs
    • Conduct workshops on communication skills, personality development, time management, and leadership.
  7. Identify and Support At-Risk Students
    • Counsel students facing academic, attendance, behavioural, or personal challenges to prevent dropouts and improve student success.
